Design Engineer “GEOIZOL Project” Yulia Akulova made a presentation at a specialized conference.

The topic of her speech was the strengthening of the foundation soils by the vibrocompaction method with the construction of poles made of inert materials

In many cases, the use of crushed stone piles to strengthen soft  and water-saturated soils is much more effective than other technologies in terms of cost and time. Saving is achieved through the use of a minimum set of equipment and the possibility of using local materials: crushed stone, sand, sand-gravel, concrete recycling.

Practice confirms the effectiveness of the technology – it was used in the construction of the Crimean Bridge, the Central Ring Road (TsKAD), the M-11 Moscow – St. Petersburg highway, the M-10 “Scandinavia” highway and other facilities.

Ensuring the safety and quality of roads.” was held from 16 to 18 February 2021. The Institute for the Development of Foreign Economic Relations “IRVEN” organized the event.

At the beginning of December 2020, the chief designer of GEOIZOL Project, Ivan Bogdanov, made a presentation at a similar event. He told about the use of GEOIZOL-MP ground anchors in confined construction conditions.
