Start of works on crushed stone piles construction

The construction of crushed stone piles (technology for improving soil characteristics) has started in the development area of the Bely Ostrov residential complex at the address: Beloostrovskaya str., 9.  GEOIZOL Project designers suggested the construction of crushed stone reinforcing elements with a diameter of 800 mm. This technology will provide the necessary characteristics for weak foundation soils. The foundation on solid ground is the key to the reliability and durability of the entire complex of buildings. 

Online geotechnical monitoring

During the construction of the Grand House residential complex underground cycle in the historical center of St. Petersburg (Telezhnaya street), specialists of GEOIZOL Project company together with  GPIKO company organized online geotechnical monitoring of the construction site. 

Training of GEOIZOL Project specialists

GEOIZOL Project engineers completed a course (Moscow) ” Theoretical foundations and practical methods of laboratory definitions of input parameters of computational models of software systems based on the finite element method. PLAXIS software package”.  The training included four sessions where specialists learned how to obtain the necessary soil parameters for various models of software systems, as well as how to correctly apply these parameters in the PLAXIS program.  At the end of the seminars, GEOIZOL Project specialists answered the questions of the GeoInfo editorial board.

New promenade opened in Svetlogorsk

By the beginning of the resort season in Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region, a significant object for the city was opened. Ant that is a promenade on the embankment along the Baltic Sea.
