GEOIZOL Project design for the engineering protection of an unsafe slope located in the area of the Russ hotel in Svetlogorsk passed the examination.

On December 25, the videoconference was held in Smolny with the participation of experts from St. Petersburg and the Chukotka Autonomous District in the field of road construction in the conditions of thawing permafrost. The GEOIZOL Project company was represented by design engineer Yulia Akulova.

The report at the St. Petersburg road construction business forum was devoted to the use of MGTS GEOIZOL-MP and methods of strengthening the foundations. In his speech, the chief designer of GEOIZOL Project told about the use of the multifunctional geotechnical system (MGTS) GEOIZOL-MP as a load-bearing element in road transport construction, as well as the use of crushed stone piles for strengthening of the road foundation soils. GEOIZOL Project purchased new LIRA 10 software and organized training employees.  Until recently, GEOIZOL Project engineers used the SCAD Office as the main tool for computing ground structures. Now the toolbox has expanded with the LIRA 10 program.
